# Temple of Yoga Studio

Temple of Yoga is a community-focused yoga studio in Banbury, Oxfordshire, founded by Ayesha Ali and Eddie Reeves. Drawing on their 20 years of shared practice, they've created a welcoming space rooted in authentic yogic principles of ahimsa (non-violence), satya (truthfulness) and seva (service to others).

The studio serves everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, with an inclusive philosophy that removes financial barriers to accessing yoga. Importantly, £2 from every class fee is donated to charity, embedding social responsibility into their business model.

What genuinely distinguishes Temple of Yoga is their unwavering commitment to honouring yoga's Indian heritage whilst serving their local community. Rather than commercialising the practice, they've deliberately structured the studio to remain accessible regardless of ability to pay. This ethos, combined with qualified instructors and a diverse class schedule, creates an authentic alternative to typical yoga studios.

Their weekly offering ranges from pregnancy-specific classes to flowing sequences and deeper dharma practices, complemented by specialised events including women's circles and parent connection groups. The studio creates genuine community spaces where participants can explore yoga's transformative potential on physical, mental and spiritual levels.

This is yoga as intended—a practice of personal development and service, not simply a wellness commodity.
