# Yoga by Emma
Emma teaches specialised yoga classes from two locations in the Skegness area: her private studio in Burgh-le-Marsh and the Tower Gardens Pavilion in Skegness. She offers three distinct yoga disciplines—Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative—each designed to meet different needs and abilities.
Her Vinyasa classes provide breath-led, flowing sequences that cultivate strength, balance and mental clarity whilst soothing the nervous system. Yin Yoga targets deeper connective tissues and fascia, releasing tension and promoting better sleep through meditative practice. Restorative Yoga uses props to encourage profound rest, making it ideal for those experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety or fatigue.
What sets Emma apart is her emphasis on creating a genuinely safe, welcoming space where students reconnect with themselves with kindness and confidence. Rather than drop-in classes, she organises term-based blocks of 5-7 weeks, carefully managing group sizes to maintain social distancing and allow members to feel secure. She maintains one flexible space per class, recognising that life happens and enabling members to swap sessions without missing their weekly practice.
Emma's philosophy positions yoga as a homecoming—a union with one's true essence through mindful breathing and movement. Her multi-level approach honours individual needs and abilities, whilst her teaching incorporates poses, breathwork and meditation for a complete experience. Whether clients seek energising flow, deeper tissue work or restorative calm, Emma tailors her instruction to support their wellness journey both on and off the mat.
