Leigh teaches Iyengar-inspired yoga combined with functional strength and mobility training, creating classes that build capable, resilient bodies rather than pursuing aesthetic ideals. What sets Ignite Your Being apart is its personalised approach: small group classes capped at eight people ensure individual attention, whilst chair yoga options accommodate those unable to practice on the floor. Leigh's teaching philosophy is grounded in lived experience. Having overcome a prolapsed disc through yoga in her twenties and later transformed her relationship with anxiety and depression through conscious connected breathwork, she embodies the transformative potential she offers clients. She firmly rejects age-related decline as inevitable, believing that commitment and mental strength enable continued growth and capability.
