Shenyoga, led by Sophie Shenstone in Bath, offers a distinctive approach to yoga and holistic bodywork rooted in two decades of practice and teaching experience. Sophie teaches a flowing, breath-led hatha yoga style that blends dynamic movement with core strength work, whilst cultivating qualities of mindfulness, non-competitiveness and embodied awareness.
