Cheryl's approach to yoga stems from personal healing—she discovered yoga's transformative power whilst processing grief and now shares this philosophy with her community. Having graduated from yoga teacher training in Bali in November 2024 and completed Reiki Level 1 certification, she teaches classes that prioritise breathing, presence, and stillness rather than performance. Her studio opened in March 2025 at Spectrum House, Clydebank, and has quickly built a supportive community.

The beauty side, operating as CG Aesthetics within Erskine House, leverages Cheryl's decade of experience in the industry. An HND Beauty Therapy graduate (2014), she's trained extensively in luxury spa brands including Espa, Carita, and Decleor, having worked in five-star Scottish spas. She now offers both treatments and one-to-one training in facials, massage, and brow services.
