Myogi Studio is a intimate yoga and meditation studio nestled in Newport, Barnstaple, offering a sanctuary for practitioners of all levels. Founded by Helen, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, the studio accommodates just 12 students, creating an exceptionally personal and supportive learning environment.

The studio caters to complete beginners through to experienced yoga practitioners, recognising that individuals come to yoga for varied reasons—whether seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional wellbeing, or a combination of these. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, Myogi Studio deliberately designs classes that honour physical, mental, and emotional health simultaneously.
