# Zen 2 Yoga

Zen2yoga is a dedicated yoga studio located in Polmont, Falkirk, offering daily classes designed for practitioners of all experience levels. Founded in 2017 by Chris and Nabila—both 500-hour qualified yoga teachers—the studio was created to address the lack of accessible yoga provision in the local area.

The studio caters to complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, with a diverse class portfolio including Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Indian Hatha Yoga. Beyond traditional yoga, Zen2yoga operates Zen2spin (indoor cycling) and Body Pump (strength training with Les Mills equipment), providing a holistic fitness offering. All instructors are highly trained and qualified.

What sets Zen2yoga apart is their philosophy that yoga isn't merely a fitness class—it's the union of mind, body and spirit. The studio emphasises inclusivity, challenging the misconception that flexibility is a prerequisite. New timetables launching January 2026 expand their offering further, whilst new members receive 50% off their first class.
