# Dance Flow - Yoga

Dance Flow is a community-focused movement studio in Northwest London offering adult fitness and dance classes that prioritise inclusivity and self-expression. Founded on the principle that movement should be accessible to everyone, the studio blends professional instruction with a supportive atmosphere that welcomes both beginners and experienced movers alike.

The studio is led by two highly qualified instructors: Yarden Azar Weinstein, a certified Pilates instructor and dance teacher with expertise in classical Pilates, dynamic barre and contemporary dance; and Maor Yogev, a professional ballet dancer and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga specialist currently pursuing The Royal Ballet School Teaching Diploma. Both instructors teach in English and Hebrew, creating an inclusive multilingual environment.
