# Dance Flow - Yoga

Dance Flow is a community-focused movement studio in Northwest London dedicated to helping adults explore fitness, expression and confidence through dance and yoga. Located in NW3, the studio offers a carefully curated range of classes that blend professional instruction with genuine community atmosphere.

The studio serves adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned movers, with particular emphasis on creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where participants feel supported to explore their physicality without judgment. The teaching team includes Yarden Azar Weinstein, a certified Pilates instructor and dance educator with a Bachelor's degree in Education, and Maor Yogev, a professional ballet dancer pursuing the Royal Ballet School Teaching Diploma with specialisation in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.

What distinguishes Dance Flow is their integrated approach combining multiple disciplines—classic Pilates, contemporary dance, dynamic barre work, and yoga—within a supportive community framework. Rather than treating classes as isolated fitness sessions, they prioritise creative expression and joy in movement. Both instructors are bilingual (English and Hebrew), and their combined expertise spans early years through adult teaching, allowing them to adapt their instruction thoughtfully to different needs and abilities.
