Hannah teaches this 3,000-year-old moving meditation that stimulates and clears the body's organ meridians, leaving practitioners in a state of deep relaxation.
The business serves complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, with classes designed to be entirely accessible regardless of prior experience. Hannah's inclusive approach allows all movements to be performed either standing or seated, making the practice available to those with varying mobility levels. She particularly emphasises the educational component of her teaching—rather than simply having students follow along, she explains the reasoning behind each move, helping participants understand the 'why' behind their practice.
