Seasons Yoga is a fully equipped yoga studio based in Alton, Hampshire, offering a diverse range of yoga-based classes designed to meet the needs of complete beginners through to intermediate practitioners. Founded in 2018 by Ruth, a former primary school teacher, the studio operates from a specially chosen space in Pyramid House that reflects the founder's commitment to creating a welcoming, dedicated environment for yoga practice.

The studio serves a broad community, from young children through to adults, with specialised classes catering to different ages, abilities and wellness goals. Their extensive timetable includes traditional Hatha classes, gentle beginner sessions, and dynamic flows alongside innovative offerings such as Yogalates (combining yoga with pilates), Natural Postural Yoga, and BoxingYoga™—a challenging full-body conditioning system.

What distinguishes Seasons Yoga is their thoughtful, inclusive approach. The studio employs multiple qualified instructors including Ruth, Caroline, Sheree, Olga and Louise, each bringing their own expertise. They offer both in-studio and live-streamed classes for flexibility, monthly specialist sessions like restorative yoga and family classes, and a Teen Wellness Scheme providing subsidised classes for younger participants. The intimate approach—including limiting restorative sessions to just 6 participants—demonstrates genuine care for quality instruction and individual attention.
