The studio maintains exceptionally high standards, implementing strict cleaning protocols and minimal teaching space access to reduce infection risk. All equipment is provided, and classes are capped at 16 spaces to maintain quality. Layla also teaches weekend sessions offering slower, breath-focused classes.
