Victoria's comprehensive training encompasses 200-hour foundational yoga, 30-hour Yin Yoga specialisation, and 300-hour Ashtanga certification under respected teachers Sara Jobling, Dan Burt, and Dionne Myers. Her own transformative experience—including recovery from a herniated disc through Yin Yoga—informs her deeply empathetic teaching approach.
The studio caters to those seeking both physical strength and mental clarity, with small class sizes capped at nine people ensuring personalised attention.
