With over four decades of martial arts experience, Willcott teaches authentic Choy Li Fut—a 5th generation lineage from Chan Heung—alongside integrated health and fitness training.

He trained directly under Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong, earning his Black Sash in 2000 and becoming the first UK Black Fringe Sifu Level holder under the Plum Blossom International Federation in 2003. His competition pedigree—including Grand Champion at the 1999 European Championship—demonstrates proven expertise.
