# Luci Trendle Yoga Studio
Luci Trendle Yoga Studio, located on the edge of a working farm west of Reading, offers Traditional Hatha Yoga teaching rooted in 25+ years of personal practice and professional expertise. Founded in 2018, the studio provides an accessible yet serene setting, just minutes from major transport links.
Luci is a senior teacher with the Traditional Yoga Association, having qualified in 2006 under Swami Ambikananda's guidance. She serves students of all ages and abilities, with specialised qualifications in youth yoga, mindfulness, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders and first aid. Her teaching emphasises pranayama (breathwork), asana and yoga nidra, drawing on awareness as the core pedagogical principle.
The studio welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Her student base spans children, young people and adults seeking to build strength, flexibility and endurance whilst cultivating mental calm and balance. Luci's naturally vivacious, energetic approach creates an environment where students feel safe and supported.
What distinguishes Luci Trendle Yoga Studio is her commitment to rigorous traditional training combined with accessibility. As an examining board member for the TYA and head of their Workshop Development Group, she maintains the highest teaching standards. She has contributed to university research projects and taught at the World Yoga Festival annually since 2018. Her holistic approach recognises individual physiology, encouraging students to explore their own limitations at their own pace within a welcoming, humour-filled community.
