Yoga Tree of Life is Tunbridge Wells' longest-established yoga studio, operating since 2006. Founded by Nicholas, the studio offers a comprehensive approach to yoga that honours traditional practices whilst remaining accessible and modern.
The studio serves everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Classes are deliberately varied, incorporating Yang (energising, flowing) and Yin (deeply relaxing, restorative) practices. Each session integrates pranayama (yogic breathwork) and meditation alongside physical postures. A key distinction is the studio's emphasis on correct alignment and safety, making it ideal for those new to yoga whilst still challenging experienced students. With over 25 years of teaching experience, Nicholas guides practitioners through foundational poses safely, but also explores advanced postures using props for those ready to progress.
